MPM Durham Ltd commissioned BB Designs to refurbish their Durham office, creating a cleaner, more professional workspace.
The project included new grey carpet tiles, upgraded FD30 fire doors, and a furniture package using a mix of new and refurbished pieces to suit the client’s branding and everyday use.
Where possible, existing furniture was diverted from landfill, supporting BB Designs’ circular furniture approach.

Flooring:
Grey carpet tiles supplied and installed throughout reception, offices, meeting room, corridor and stairs
New stair nosings installed to reception staircase
All areas measured, specified and installed to a consistent finish
Fire Doors:
6 FD30 fire door sets with intumescent smoke strips installed throughout the first floor
Full ironmongery and locking hardware fitted
All works carried out to current fire safety regulations and signed of via building control
Furniture:
6 curved white desks with matching pedestals (NEW)
2 refurbished white rectangle desks with matching white metal pedestals
8 refurbished black mesh swivel chairs with reupholstered cushions
8 refurbished meeting room swivel chairs
8-seater refurbished meeting table in white
6-seater breakout table in white
Breakout benches and matching end stools
