Grey carpet tiles supplied and installed throughout reception, offices, meeting room, corridor and stairs
New stair nosings installed to reception staircase
All areas measured, specified and installed to a consistent finish
Fire Doors:
6 FD30 fire door sets with intumescent smoke strips installed throughout the first floor
Door openings resized where required to accommodate new door sets
Full ironmongery and locking hardware fitted
All works carried out to current fire safety regulations
Furniture:
6 curved white desks with matching pedestals new
2 refurbished white rectangle desks with matching white metal pedestals
8 refurbished black mesh swivel chairs with upholstered cushions
8 refurbished meeting room swivel chairs
8-seater refurbished meeting table in white
6-seater breakout table in white
6 breakout seats with upholstered cushions
All refurbished furniture recycled or repurposed existing furniture removed free of charge on delivery
MDUK commissioned BB Designs to carry out a full renovation of their Durham office, transforming a tired workspace into a clean, professional environment. Grey carpet tiles were installed throughout the first floor, six FD30 fire doors were fitted to current safety standards, and a furniture package combining new and refurbished pieces was specified to suit the client’s branding. Existing furniture was removed and recycled free of charge in line with BB Designs’ circular design ethos.
